Abraxane dosage is dependent on the individual that it is being administered to. The following dosage is an average dose and could differ among individuals. Metastatic Breast Cancer:
- 260 mg/m intravenously over 30 minutes every 3 weeks
Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
- 100 mg/m2 intravenously over 30 minutes on Days 1, 8, and 15 of each 21-day cycle
Adenocarcinoma of the Pancreas:
- 125 mg/m2 intravenously over 30-40 minutes on Days 1, 8 and 15 of each 28-day cycle
